last night....

last night i heard something rapping at my door.
i didn't move, i just turned on my side and closed my eyes.
at 3:56 i felt someone's hot breath on my neck.
i dare not move an inch, a muscle. i was frozen with fear.
i ignored it and fell into a light slumber.
At 4:00 i felt something at the foot of my bed. it played with my toes and breathed raggedly.
At 4:15 something started playing with my hair, tucking in loose strands behind my ear. i closed my eyes shut, not wanting to even see whatever was lurking in the darkness of my chambers.
